Positions he has personally recruited for range from Administrative Assistants to Senior Vice Presidents in the work structure. "The interviewing skills required to recruit them are almost the same," he says, "but it is less difficult to find a good Vice President."
     When he was college recruiting, Kreider visited the placement offices of most major Universities in the United States. "It was, and still is, to my knowledge, a fly in, interview like crazy, and fly out again routine that  plays havoc with your sleep patterns but racks up the Frequent Flier miles."  Kreider lends this personal college recruiting experience to the candidate's advantage in the College edition.
